Background by Sherrie Poetry by Lee Field of Flowers I found a field of flowers, In a meadow, not too far away, A land of heavenly beauty, A place I loved to stay, There too, was a shady old tree, And a stump, just my size, I could sit & watch the animals, & the birds, above the painted sky. There was a wise old owl, hooting above, in this old tree, I guess that he was letting me know, that he's watching over me. A rabbit then come hopping by, nibbeling on tall grass, I told Mister Rabbit, that he is always welcome back. A little butterfly, come drifting by, upon the gentle breeze, But he got all excited, just when I had to sneeze. A little worm was inching by, & he too came, to say hello, I guess it's just their pleasant way, of saying, welcome home. Along came that old bull frog, that scared the mess right out of me, Then is when I noticed, my friends, no longer, could I see. But I'll come back tomorrow, to say hello again, To my favorite field of flowers, & to see my little friends. for my little friend, Melissa, age 11 = * Index & Resources Page * = Home: Lee's Story Time Lee's Story Time 2 Lee's Story Time 3 Lee's Story Time 4 Friends Roadside Edge Mystic Island Country Boy Junky Old Motorcycle Nicole Biker Dont Stop Daddy Doll & Horse Fairy Angel Baby Ducky Chick Dallas Goes to Heaven Chipmunk Crossing Heaven's Gift Easter Sunday Heavenly Friend Precious Blessings Jessie Lee Williams Moon Lite Magic Heavenly Dream Earthly Angel Grace of Heaven Silent Sermon Evolution Roses for Mama by Harold & Margaret Plass Teddy Bear by Rdmnx Audio Bible For Reading & Listening Pleasure Thank you for visiting my page at Angelfire.
