Dad do you Remember, The Junky Motorcycle, that you bought?
The one, I pushed it into our Yard?
It had two flat tires, a dirty carburetor,
And it wouldn't even start.
I cannot understand it, Dad. What made it last so long?
All the cars, that I bought, there is always something wrong.
Ben, I had a talk, with Our Lord, To help me with our needs,
To Care for Our Family, And Our Furry Friends, with fleas.
That one Old Junky Motorcycle, is my only way to work,
I asked Our Lord, to help me, & I will always keep him first.
So now it's so important, with the Stories, That I Tell,
Of God & all His Angels, & the kind things, they do so well,
I haven't very much, And many things, I can not buy.
But each day, that comes to end. It's My Lord, that I rely.
So if you see a Junky Old Motorcycle, you may want to look again,
Tis really a Fine Chariot, from Our Lord, Our very special Friend.
