Background From: A Time To Believe My Lord Beside Poetry by Lee Ten years ago, My Life was normal, With Wife, & three little boys, My biggest worry, Walking at night, Was falling over Little Toys. Foster parenting, was so Precious, I Loved my Sweet, Little Jessie Lee, HRS took him, Thus, two months later, Now Bouncing With Jesus, In Glee. Publicity this Precious Boy We Loved, Was known, nearly everywhere, To protect Our Kids, From the State's Revenge, We had to get out of there. An Alabama wreck, has set the motion, For disability, two years later, Unemployment, followed the next two years, While pain kept getting greater. An Orlando Doctor, Patched Old Humpty Dumpty, He patiently Returned my Health, My New Lease on Life, Restored my Pride, I could now Toil, for my own Wealth. But like a Nomadic, Tribe of the desert, There was no place, To Lay my head, With Great Despair, Black Clouds Above, I only wished, that I were Dead. My First Wife left me, In a trailer, And I cried a million Tears. My life has Ended, One lost marriage, Gone after twenty-three Years. Three years lonely, I become a writer, Of stories & Little Tales. I wrote poetry of Beautiful Sunsets, And Great, Big spouting whales. I thought I found my True Love, But but Love Ended in the Mud, Nine Months from the beginning, 'Twas the Last of my Forever Love. So Here I Reach out, For my Courage, And As I Lift Myself with Pride. I will stand alone, With Encouraging Friends, And My Precious Lord, Beside. If My Lord has another goal, His map, I plan to follow along, I will continue my earthly struggles, 'Til my Very Last Breath, has gone.
