"Special Friend" Poetry by Lee I was getting a little tired, And taking in some Zee's, Resting really peacefully, While under the shady trees. My Life was really bumpy, And I followed many ruts, My Lord always protects me, For I haven't yet, gone nuts. When troubles come to visit, And I put them troubles down, God plants them seeds of happiness, Still springing from the ground. And when the clouds of darkness, Threatened my world to end, God Sent His Special Angel, And I call her my Best Friend.
