“FIL” IS DEAD!  WHO KILLED UGLY FIL (“FEDERAL INDIAN LAW”)?   An Obituary.

 

MNN.  August 26 2005.  FIL is dead!  We are pleased to inform everyone. The only mourners appear to be federal Indians, federal, state and local governments.  The rest of us are jumping up and down with joy in celebration of the end of tyrannical genocidal extermination policies.  No more small pox blankets, gatling guns, residential schools, pass systems, adoptions out, and the many forms of torture and death that were devised by FIL.  He was America’s Eichmann, a devouring scourge who prepared us to be eaten alive.

            FIL’s Birth.  FIL was hatched in 1871 in the parking lot behind Capitol Hill, Washington DC.  “Go out and finish off the Indians”, he was ordered.  “Indian nations will be nations no more”.  FIL loved his job.  The first thing he did was to “repeal” the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2, Clause 1.  His favorite nursery school book was “Mein ABC of Evil”.  He attended a Northeastern university where he joined the “skull and bones” society to perfect his deathly craft. 

            Just doing his job.  FIL was a loyal employee who always said, “I’m just doing my job”.  His soldiers always masqueraded as impartial bureaucrats.  They stopped at nothing to stomp on Indians and their title to North America.  He boldly claimed all Indigenous resources. 

            Orders to kill!  His masters spawned a long term scam to finish off the Indians.  They started with the Haudenosaunee/Iroquois.  They assumed authority over our land, carving it into little pieces that they named things like “New York State”, “Ontario” and “Quebec”.  This was the ‘bread basket’ of the continent.  The Haudenosaunee have a constitution, the Kaianereh’ko:wa/Great law of Peace.  FIL was ordered to kill it.

            WMD is the rule of law!  Indians never gave up their title nor surrendered their sovereignty.  A small group of Mohawk/Kanienkehaka grabbed the WMD (rule of law):  constitutional jurisdiction.  They exposed FIL’s scheme so everybody could see the genocide of Indigenous people he was wreaking.  

FIL and Adolph!  FIL is the model for “Adolph Hitler”.  FIL is the genocidal beast of North America as Adolph was for Europe.  Their jobs were to fill mass graves with Indians, Jews or whatever exotic minority carcasses they could find.  Then they set out to break the spirit of the survivors or anyone who resisted them.  Millions were wiped out and their possessions stolen. 

Mohawks decided to put down the beast.  Not by an assassin’s bullet outside the rule of law.  FIL was laid to rest by the United States Supreme Court which upheld the rule of law, in Oneida Indian Nation of New York v. City of Sherrill, that modern Indian land claims are time-barred by the doctrine of “laches” (meaning delay in suing). 

            Bury the Beast!  It stinks!  Now the United States Supreme Court has to not only bury the beast but to make sure that he does not get revived.  A constitutional stake needs to be thrust through FIL’s heart to lay him to eternal rest.  This is the only way to revive the U.S. Constitution. 

            “Mein Kampf”!  This could have been (and perhaps was) written by FIL.  The essence of Mein Kampf is the “Iron Fist” justifying “Lebensraum” (living room).  Hitler’s philosophy was that the “manifest destiny” of the German race was to occupy by force any land it needed in order to have “living room”. 

            FIL’s marching orders!  This was given by Congress in 1871 by the invasion by federal Indian law of the Indian territories, under the guise of manifest destiny to make room for the Europeans.  This is the euphemism for lebensraum.  Hitler and the Americans both called it manifest destiny, in different dialectics.  The difference is that one master race “won” while the Germans lost the war.   

            ‘Lebensraum’ is unconstitutional!  The crime that breaks down the rule of law is genocide.  Lebensraum (manifest destiny) is unconstitutional, not just illegal and immoral.

            Along comes our USSC No. 05-165.  This brings forward our United States Supreme Court Case.  It is the resurrection of the constitutional nation-to-nation relationship between the Haudenosaunee/Iroquois and the United States.  All eyes of the world should be on the USSC to see whether they will confirm this, or recommit to the genocide.     

            FIL was the WMD!  We, the Haudenosaunee respectively submit that the U.S. Constitution must free itself from the rapacious federal government and federal courts which are a law onto themselves.  The constitution was suppressed by federal law in 1871 and since then FIL was their WMD (weapon of mass destruction).  He carried out the manifest destiny.  FIL is the iron fist and the living room.  It is genocide when governments like that of Germany, the United States or any other major military power occupies territory of a foreign nation.  Onto the Haudenosaunee, they forcefully applied the domestic law of the so-called “master race”. 

            Sherrill gives FIL a last kick!  It was Sherrill (Oneida v. Sherrill) which gave FIL the final deadly dose that finished him off.  He is rumored to have been suffering from AIDS, Aboriginal Ingestion Disease.  Since then rigor mortis has set in.  After the US Supreme Court said that “laches” applied in federal Indian law cases, the counties have been buzzing around the Indigenous communities like a bunch of vultures to eat the dead bodies of the federal Indians and anything else they can get their beaks into. 

            You’re too late, baby!  Laches means, “You’re too late to make any claims against us”.  Now they want ‘taxes’, conformity to outside laws and our resources.  They are flogging FIL’s decaying dead body.  There is no ‘after-life’.  They are eating their own.

            After you’ve gone!  Once federal law was killed, a power vacuum was created.  Power abhors a vacuum.  It must be filled with the Kaianereh’ko:wa and US Constitutional law.  We don’t want FIL to rise out of the grave and reoccupy the field.  Federal tribal councils are right now at his graveside trying to coax him to crawl back out.  Our Kaianereh’ko:wa is governing.  FIL has to stay dead.  The constitutional stake must remain stuck through the heart of the vampire.
