Spade family descendants have honorably and courageously served in the military from the Civil War to the present.

Reece, John Lindley
(1921 - 1971) 

 

**Please send a photo of him in uniform** John was the husband of a descendant of the Spade family who is the daughter of William Clyde & Maude Marie (Spade) Reece. John served our country in the Army Air Force during WWII. In 1941 he was a 1st Lt. in the Air Transport Squadron. He flew The Hump and was a select group of Air Force pilots.
