Max Scott
Greetings from Max Scott and family (Jackie, Kristin, and Kimberly) in Springfield, Missouri. I look forward to another reunion in Julesburg.

Like everyone our lives are busy trying to keep up in the world we live in. Today is so much different than the quiet life of 40 short years ago.

Jackie and I had our 34th anniversary in March. We have two lovely daughters, Kristin born in 1967 and Kimberly born in 1975.

I continue to work for the same company that I went to work for in 1962 and have had five different owners. I am the Director of Manufacturing for a spice plant which produces several million pounds per year for the institutional and retail markets nationwide.

Jackie is a rural mail carrier, a job she enjoys very much.

Kristin graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1990 and went to Washington, D.C. to work at the National Geographic Society for a three-month internship. Nine years later we moved her back to Springfield (in August 1999). She is now getting her Masters degree and is teaching at SMSU.

Kimberly is a registered nurse and works at one of the large hospitals in Springfield.

I don’t have any grandchildren to brag about but we still have lots of time.

We are lucky to have our family close by. My mother is in a nursing home in Springfield so we see her often. My sister, Pam, and her family live a few miles away. Doug and Frankie are close as well.

As the years have passed we have all lost some of our loved ones, which makes our memories of the years spent in Julesburg so dear to our hearts.

Best wishes to all
