| After graduating from Sedgwick County High School, Richard enrolled in the College of Science and Arts at Colorado State University in Fort Collinbs, Colorado. He graduated from CSU in 1964 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. | |||||||||||||||

| He later received a “Certified Public Accountant” (CPA) designation. |  |

| He has been associated with the firm of Hunt, Spillman & Associates, P.C. CPA’s in Fort Collins, Colorado since January 1970. |

| Rich married Nancy (Harold), SCHS Clas of 19621 and they have three children and one grandson. Michelle is a special education teacher in the Boulder Public School system, is married to Karl Niemann and they | |||||||||||||||

have a son who will be four years old in July, 2000. Mary, married to Terry Binder, is a supported living service provider supervisor for Carmel Community Livingt Corporation in Fort Morgan, Colorado. Mark lives in Fort Collins and works for a Security Service. |

| Richard and Nancy have lived in beautiful Fort Collins all of their married lives and keep busy outside of work with commuity activities, maintaining their properties, woodworking, knitting and painting. | |||||||||||||||
