We arrange Folkdance, music, brass band, majorette Festivals in Istanbul of Turkey. Our Festivals are of the May, July, August 2003. We will organize with 4 or 5 countries groups brass band and majorette on 15 - 20 May in 2003. 

 Different kind of groups can take a part in our brass band festival. Which they are children groups,  young groups,  adult groups  performance.

     If you can participate to our festival,please kindly send us the informations of your association and also the photographs to our address by courier or e-mail.

     These informations are not a legal invitation.The festivals committee chooses the group who would like to participate to the festival until the date of February 2003. If the number of the groups are too much the remaining groups is going to participate for the next year.If you have Exchange festival let us know.

We provide our quests,meal,accomodation for 4 or 5 days and also travel and enjoyable journeys.

GENERAL INFORMATIONS

   ACCOMMODATION

 A- The groups will be accompained at the school dormitory 

 B- The groups will be accompained at the  hotel (*** stars) 

      We will provide accommodation and three meals.  

                     A-  ACCOMMODATION  ( SCHOOL DORMITORY)  

We will provide to you accommodation at the school dormitory, each room has  3-6 beds, toilet and showers at the same floor , including three meals.

As you know there is a big financial problem at these days at the whole of the World. Due to of this bad economic conditions, our ensemble budget has some troubles, we can not afford all expenses. 

If you want to stay to  school  dormitory you will have to pay  us 10 Euro  per day per person. For each 12 members  one   person  is  free ( 12+1 )  and two leaders , two bus drivers pay nothing.

                     B-   ACCOMMODATION  (*** HOTEL)

There are another possibility staying at 3 stars hotels icluiding 2 or 3 beds and three meals, if you prefer staying hotel you have to pay us 30 Euro per person per day.

If you arrive  here by your own coach 2 bus driver and two leaders  pay nothing.

All payments will be at the first day, beginning of the festival. We will provide the healty service during the festival 24 hours but we are not taken any responsibility some medician expenses also surgeon operation.

The groups coming by plane will pay their own transfer expenses. They will be picked up from ISTANBUL airport and taken directly with our own bus to the dormitaryalso for all transfer of the groups to the show center period of the festival and will be picked up from the dormitary to ISTANBUL airport at the end of the festival.As you noticed that ISTANBUL is a huge city, all grand transportation takes a long time for the arrive from EUROPE to ASIA.We will hire a bus and it will be in your service.by the way the groups will have to pay to us totaly 680 $ at the first day of festival( including all  ground transportation ). (If the groups less than 20 members the fee will be 380 Euro )
