Purification/Protection Ritual
** All cast the circle by lighting the
2 White Altar Candles & the 1 Purple Energy Candle.Then light the
sandalwood incense (If not available, improvise) **
HP/S ~ Sinovess ~ TYPE:
“With flame & smoke this rite begins
To raise our powers from within
Elemental spirits of old
We call thee forth to guard & behold.”
ALL ~ TYPE or SAY:
“Here & now we join as one
Until our magick deeds are done.
Positive energy now prevails
To she who turns the wheel we hail!”
** All raise their arms up toward the sky
Imagining you are hold hands with the person next to you
Say in unison: **
“Hail the goddess!
Hail the goddess!
She is out mother!
She is our teacher!
She is within us!
And all around us!”
** All lower arms to original position.
Envision the energy of the goddess in the form of a white light
Flowing from person to person. **

** Take a moment to hold onto the white circle around your family, friends & yourselves. **

** All turn counter clockwise with outreached arms to dismiss the powers **
To the North say, “Earth & stone, earth & stone, stay with us ‘til we’re safely home.”
** Extinguish Northern flame **
To the West say, “Waves & rain, waves & rain, merry part & merry meet again.”
** Extinguish Western flame **
To the South say, “Fire & flame, fire & flame, return freely from where you came.”
** Extinguish Southern flame **
To the East say, “Wind & air, wind & air, move our power, our magick bear.”
** Extinguish Eastern flame **
** Close your eyes for a moment and see/feel the circle diminish to the point where you are back where you started. **
** Say a small prayer or thank you to your god/goddesses you may have called before the ritual.
