The Wind Walker And His Sacred Crystal !

Raging Bear was a Chiricahua Apache warrior,
who wore the symbol of the Grizzly Bear.
Legends say that Raging Bear
was the son of an immortal being.
His father was known as
"The Wind Walker",
who was one of four beings
who had survived the crash.

This crash was of a giant flying object
that had fallen to the floor of the Sacred Valley around 1780.
The story tells how a curse
was put on Raging Bear by his younger brother,
Kia-Puma,
who wore the symbol
of the cunning couger, the desert cat.
Kia-Puma was said to be known later as "Geronimo".

Raging Bear had four daughters
which each gave birth to four daughters,
leaving no one to carry on his name.
Two generations would pass
before the name of Raging Bear would be heard in
stories around the council fires.

On July 15, 1901,
the granddaughter of Raging Bear,
my Grandmother gave birth to the first
male child in a hundred years.
The birth of my father
was said to have broken the curse.
Raging Bear
was my Grandmother's Grandfather.
