Geometry and Construction WebQuest

Introduction

Geometry is all around us... plane and solid shapes, patterns, angles, and lines can be found everywhere.

This WebQuest will send you on an investigative journey of discovery as you research famous buildings, identify geometric attributes, and write a brief report summarizing your findings.

Next, you will work cooperatively on a team to build a structure at least four inches tall and strong enough to hold a baseball. Materials available for you to use will include wooden toothpicks, clay, and glue.
