Muscle makes up the largest part of human body weight. All together, the body contains about 620 muscles that create motion. Almost anyone can improve his or her body with a little know-how. But, if you really want to do it right, you have to push yourself - or even a well-designed program will not work.
All of my programs include one-on-one personalized training where proper form and technique is taught. A combination of basic machine and free weight resistance training is utilized for all body parts. Special customization and attention is given to specific body parts as necessary. Documentation for each session, describing the type of exercise, amount of weight resistance and number of sets/reps is produced in graduated steps. All programs also include basic nutritional consultative advice. Recommended programs include the above and at least two documented routines for each body part and measured progress every two weeks. Routines are varied depending on results and progress. Recommended programs also include comprehensive diet programs, analysis of Basal Metabolic Rate, BMR, Body Mass Index, BMI, body fat and weekly consultations. These packages ensure learning and motivational reinforcement and support. They also validate consistency for the trainee to modify and improve his or her lifestyle by improving overall mental and physical health.
