Everyone knows who Courtney Love is. Whether it's as an actress, as a rockstar, as a model, or as some famous, wild woman they see doing something crazy on the news occasionally. Courtney Love is a name-dropper, she's one of those people who catches your eye and has you interested in her within a few seconds. She's the best at getting attention, and the best at making it entertaining.
Many people see Courtney as someone who is not a good person. They have an image of her built up in their heads, and hope that she will just fade away into nothing. Many think of her this way because of her open sexuality and her explicit language. They think she is a nasty whore who thinks sleeping around with everyone is okay and that she promotes sexual violence. Others think that she is loud, obnoxious, and satanistic. Then there are those who just hate her vulgar language. Unfortunately, these people have misunderstood Courtney. She is anything but satanistic and she would do anything to stop sexual violence. Those of us who see Courtney as a good human being, know that she's not a whore trying to get men to drool all over her. Courtney is a woman who is not ashamed, and she's not afraid of showing people all that she is. She's open about herself and doesn't give a fuck what people think about her. Her vulgar language is a way of expressing herself, and to let others know that just because she's not a guy, doesn't mean she can't curse. Many people who are seriously religious dislike Courtney because they think that she is immoral. For one, Courtney is not satanistic. As a matter of fact, she and her band decided to stop touring with Marylin Manson because "his show is just evil". And, if you ask me, I think that Courtney is very moral. I think that Courtney is an inspiration to all woman and if you're going to admire someone, it should be Courtney. She expresses everything a woman is, and should be. She shows the world in a truly harsh way that woman are important and that they don't have to feel below anything. Courtney proves that women can be demanding and sexual as well as prim and mannerly. She's an inspiration on so many levels. Courtney expresses herself the way most women are intimidated to do. She screams her heart out to the world, pouring her soul out. She's not afraid to make a fool out of herself and she never keeps her feelings inside of her. She's very experimental and always takes her fashion to different levels, proving that some things can, in fact, be pulled off. Courtney has the strength of fire, fire that is so powerful that not even a flood of ocean could put it out. She has overcome pain that would break others into pieces, she has pulled through the clouds of fear, regret, and sorrow, and she has climbed the steepest hills with a sword of pain piercing through her heart. Courtney is unstoppable and will never give others the power to push her down, she will always stand tall. Courtney Love is the woman we are all too afraid to be, but wish that we could become.
