One little girl gave a letter to Santa saying that she hoped he would give presents to all of the less fortunate children of the world.
She said that in the Bible it says that it is more blessed to give than to receive. Sounds like this girl's heart is in the right place.
Too bad more adults couldn't learn from her example.
Mike Steele's little boy squirted the Grinch with silly string and we took several picture of that.
We were hoping to have scenes from Charles Dickens' "A Chrismtas Carol" but really didn't have time to do it.
Ah well, maybe next year.
We had several volunteers as elves, including Mickey who had helped us with Legault's Castle.
Becky accidently misspelled his name "Micket" on one of his pictures and the name kind of stuck.
I also portrayed the Grinch in a skit with the youth group at church. 
In our skit, the Grinch robs the Whos, but is surprised to find them praying for him.
The Grinch gets saved and becomes a new creature.
