The warlock captured Nicholas and his friend Topper, but his heart began to melt when good old St. Nick gave him a toy.

I decided to use the Winter Warlock in my video "The Nutcracker Suite" in 2001. I used the version from Disney's "Fantasia".

In my video, the warlock's heart has not melted and he is still a bad guy.

For the costume, I made a hat and dressed all in white. I wore a white wig and beard and painted my face white. I had an old witch nose from Halloween and covered it with white makeup.

The Winter Warlock first appears holding his magic ball.

The warlock approaches the camera and glares into it, showing his sharp teeth.

In another scene, the warlock throws snow into the camera.

For the background, I hanged sheets from the ceiling and placed white blankets all over the floor and couch.

I made the hat myself from poster board.

The Winter Warlock puts a chill on Christmas!
