June 23rdAfter taking a break from the tournement scene Juvenile Delinquents are back and ready for some more action. The team just couldn't get it together for event 2. We had a sub in for Cory Pearson who was away for surgery. Thanks alot to Chance Johnson for filling in for him! Chance played 2 divisions that weekend and his contribution to the team was greatly appreciated. Unfortunatley we just couldn't get it together that weekend and didn't make the top cut. We took the third event off because we had some team issues to sort out and Cory is still on the injured list but were back and ready for fernie! New pics added to the site. see you all in fernie. Also have a look at Xtememe 35mm for pictures from the events. who knows maybe your on it!

Just added pictures from the first event of MR 2002 have a look in the pictures section. wow 18 novice teams in the series this is gonna be fun. September 14thWell thats it for the MR 5 man 2002 series. It was an out standing year as well as a learning year for the Juvies. The last event was by far the best event of the year. Games were on time and well fought for. The first day of prelims we didn't drop one game nor have a score below 97. It was a great day of paintball. The weather was decent. The reffing was fair. And the players were intense. We finished the first day at the top after 5 games. The next day i wish i could say better about the weather how ever. The mud, the rain, and.... THE COLD! It just wasn't fair. Anyways we easily made our way into the semi finals. We played some outstanding teams in the semi's and for the most part had a ton of fun. How ever we had not made the cut to move on to finals. Everyone on the team was on the top of their game all weekend. Ricky Jondreu the newest edition to our team played outstanding all weekend. It was his first full tournement with us but had practiced along side us all year. We hope he will fill the spot of Kevin Buytels who i regret to anounce will not be playin with us for the consecutive season. We wish him all the best and hope to play him in the series next year. Ok now onto the thank-you's. First off I would like to thank Untouchable paintball with all their help and support with the team. This year after the 3rd event they decided to sponsor us and we greatly appreciate it. I'd also like to thank everyone who helped run the events at all the tournements. Mike and crew, Everyone from PV who reffed and all the "air" dudes. I'd like to thank Chris Istace of PV for all his help and support he gave us all year. I'd Like to also thank Team Strick 9 for all the coaching and help they gave us on and off the feild. I'd also like to congradulate them on their MR novice series 1st place finish and winning their brand new 2k2 timmy's. Well thats it and heres a video of the last event. This video is courtesy of Chance Johnson of Team Momentum and we thank him as well for putting it together. kittens? August 14thposted by Stephen
Congradulations to our tube bitch Pablo. He came with us to ferin to help us out all weekend and we thenk him dearly. Momentum ended up having to play the last day short a player because Hipp had hurt his leg. So Pablo dropped his tubes and threw on a jersey and played for them. He actually did exeptionally well. First Tournie game against the top team in the MR series. Shot one guy off the break and lasted rear to the end of the game. were all proud of you pablo! By the way pablo is on his plane back to fajita NewMexico to see his family. We wish him the best of luck back home. and hope to see him again. August 8th

Wow what a learning experience for the Juvies! learning experience being that rain is cold. hopefully it wont rain or SNOW in fernie but hey with our luck it will probably hail. But hey I'm not complaining. Wow first day we played three games for our prelimes and then then next five the next day. We ended up not doing very good in prelims and thought we ahd missed our chance but had a fun time anyway camping and just playing ball with some great rookie teams. We were pulling out of the parking lot when Mike walked up to our van and said that some of the teams dropped out because it was cold and they were haveing equipment problems. in fact i think like 4-6 teams had dropped out. this had given us a chance at semi-finals! But with one of our players already gone (he left the parking lot before us and had no idea we made semi's) and another out of money we played with four guys. It all turned out in the end with us maxxing one of our semi games and winning another two. One was a really close call which had put us into finals. The other team I don't remember who we were playing. Had hit all three of four of our players. We had only taken one down with us. fought the three guys off for a while. (about ten seconds) then decided that we had gotten all the way here with luck and heart mostly luck but... So he tried a dead walk. He ended up geting two guys off the walk and bunkering the last. but it wasn't over there. oh no now you have to find the falg right? right! well he pulled a Mardi Gras Mike and ended up looking for the flag for about a minute but ran it in just in time for a score of 76! This had put us in finals. we had a team talk out in the rain and decided that we were going to play the same way we had been playing. We decided to keep playing with four guys and most of all keep playing with heart. it was the best ghame plan we ever had we ended up winning fourth ans we are now in second for the series! Well its been a blast and hope to see you all in Fernie for event #3!
Later! May.2ndWritten by Heavy-CThe first event of the MR series turned out to be very successful for the Juvies. We had a somewhat rough start, scoring extremely low on our first two games. The pace picked up after that and we almost maxed our next three.
Sunday brought the end of the prelims and the start of the semis. JD just barely scraped by. We entered the semis last in the last qualifying position. Eighth. On the way there we met up with Tsavo, the only undefeated team in the rookie division. We played extremely well and scored a ninety- seven. In the semis, our lightning quick pace began to slow and again we just scraped by and took the last qualifying position to make it into the finals. The finals consisted of : Tsavo, PSI Factor, Flash and us, The Juvenile Delinquents. After all was said and done we came in with a fourth place finish. Not bad for our first tourney with our current roster.
All of our team enjoyed the tourney immensely and will definitely be there for the rest of the series.
