Helen - Joy

    This is my friend Helen - Joy (she hyphenates her name so it looks "posh" lol,) from Nottingham, England. Now some of you who personally know me might wonder 'How does Kristine know someone from ENGLAND?! She's from New Jersey!!! ' The answer is quite simple my friends - ALEXEI YAGUDIN MESSAGE BOARD!!! Those four words alone can give you so many friends from many different countries! We started talking because I wanted to know the recipe to Shepherd's Pie. I think she thought me weird at first because to a British person, Shepherd's Pie is quite easy to make apparently. I always thought it was complicated. But it wasn't. Through Helen's simple instructions, I was done with it like Presto! I've never boiled ground beef before, or minced meat as she calls it, but it came out delicious! :-)

     Soon after that we'd just talk about Alexei all the time and swap some pictures of him. She just turned 22 last June 17th and she CANNOT STAND the Alexei pic on his website! Hates it with a passion! LoL What else....?? Umm, apparently she sings for a choir? I think? Correct me if I'm wrong, Helen. She's a BIG fan of Les Miserables and HARRY POTTER!!! Yay! hehehe.
