Winner of the week - Bill Clinton
Not because of the fact he made it fasionable to admit to doing drungs before you become president, not because of being bulletproof and avoiding impeachment, and not for the fact he's still with his wife after the Lewinski blow job. He is the winner of the week because this is his last week in office and I liked him. He was a good president despite all the scandals that came out. OK, so he wasn't the craftiest at sneaking around doing naughty things, JFK was, he still was a good president who had 8 great years. That's why he's Smartass winner of the week!
What could we say about these two? The above pictures speak for themselves. This isn't the sort of Loser of the Week you're thinking about though. We LIKE these guys, they're lovable losers, they aren't pitiful losers, well in hindsight they are, but this is more of a "loser is a winner of the week." They make us laugh every week, week in and week out. They're the equivilant of a Homer Simpson. The craziness that ensues around them is totally off the wall, especially this week when the two of them decided to be snake milkers and had to give each other the anti-venom when one of them was attacked. Plus they're alcoholics and one time chose beer over women who loved them for who they were...which are losers. There isn't a whole lot that is funnier than these two.
