I think I have a job! Okay, well, not really a job, but something fun to do. This morning as I'm waking up, I'm listening to the Star Morning Show and George is yakking about Intern Andy and how they're down at the coffee shop, blah blah blah. Well, I get up because I'm was scheduled to meet Intern Andy there at some point. So I hike my way dow there. On my way there, I'm listening to a different station because "THE CALL" is on, but I switch back. I was a little afraid that I wouldn't find it, but then I see Andy out there in a homemade sandwich board (two pieces of posterboard tied together) that says "Be my Valentine, listen to Star 96.7," so I know I'm in the right place. I walk in there and buy a mocha (with my last $2) and say hi to George. I show him my "BLACK AND BLUE" CD with receipt and my Burger King crown. Well, a little while later, he invites me over to yak with him and Intern Andy. They start with a reference to 'NSYNC and I'm gagging in the background! They then put me on the spot. "Name the BACKSTREET BOYS." (KEVIN, HOWIE, BRIAN, AJ, NICK) "Where are they from?" (Orlando, Florida) "The name of their latest album is?" (BLACK AND BLUE) I then get asked about the receipt and we talk about Wal-Mart for a bit. I then get asked about Intern Andy. ("He doesn't look like a BACKSTREET BOY, but he's dressed up for Chico.") I get asked how big of a fan I am. I tell them that I know BRIAN LITTRELL's blood type! That got some strange looks (Andy's response: "WHY?!") I get asked if any of the BACKSTREET BOYS are married. (Two, KEVIN & BRIAN, one's dating and the other two are single.) I get asked if I'm going to the concert. (Yes, Sacramento and San Diego.) And that was about it. I get goodies (tee shirt, keychain, & magnet) and then I tell George that I'm availabe for BACKSTREET trivia for the concert tickets. He thinks it'd be cool!
