This is in the chambers that were created when they built bridges across the city so the horses wouldn't have to climb the hills all day back in the early 19th century (We climbed those hill and I feel sympathy for the poor horses before they built the bridges!) When they built this bridge in particular it rested right up against the buildings on each side which is what created the vaults. At first people were going to use them as places of storage and workrooms but within ten years they were abandoned becuase they leaked!  So the criminals took over of course and its said that body snatchers would smuggle dead bodies across town so no one would find them. They are of course haunted :) not that we saw any ghosts...or did we? I thought that big white thing in the foreground was someone's shoulder but I remember when I took this picture I was standing apart from everyone cause I wanted to take a picture with everyone in it. So I should have been standing alone.....hmmmm and its not Nicole because she was wearing her jacket. The vaults are alot darker than this picture shows, its because of my flash which blinded everyone present especially our tour guide who is in the back facing the camera (you can't tell in this picture but he was pretty cute, he is a med student and he told Nicole and I where all the good pubs were)

This is nicole in the cemetary where our ghost tour ended, I have no idea who's grave that is, notice the bottom of her pants, they were like that the whole time we were in Scotland I swear! I thought it was funny, she didn't ;)
