This is the Marble Arch. It is a W.W.II memorial. On the other side of the street (outside of the picture, it was behind me as I took this picture) is Speaker's corner. This is where anyone who wants too can talk about whatever they like. Apparently it can get a little strange. No one was there on the day we were, Uncle Howard said most people speak on the weekends.
