They hunt my soul.
I can hear their cries.
I hear them cursing me.
But here within my lair,
Here they cannot find me.
I’ll strike them down
As they wish to do to me.
And I’ll float away
High on their screams,
Their cries,
Their pleas for mercy.
For they hunt my soul
Which is not allowed
And so I’ll take theirs instead.
