Below are pictures that show life through my eyes, or just crazy things that I have seen/done in my life!!
"That" Bicylce Kick From
Deuschtland!!
"That" bicycle kick depicts ME, the author, pulling off a bicycle kick whilst outside of a bistro last year. Whilst not the "perfect" kick it was seen by over 100 onlookers, which in itself is quite a feat.
There's artwork in Denmark, and
then there is US!!
Whilst wandering through the streets of Coopenhagen, Denmark, my mates and I found this statue of a giant spider. Not content with a traditional photo, we added our own touch to the artwork.
Naughty Ragetty Ann
The above picture shows the
demoralisation of the classical figure
of Ragetty Ann. Whilst not wanting to
give away the identity of the lovely
person who came up with the idea of
taking this photo, i would just like to
to thank one of my American friends
for it, because without her, Ragetty
Ann would still be a child's symbol.
I can breath fire... Well so can I!!
This photo shows Kalle and his older brother Antti fire breathing on the roof of their houise in Heinola, Finland. I guess I included this photo because Kalle is one of my good mates, and seeing this photo brings back a lot of memories...well that and the fact that it looks awesome.
Probably not the smartest idea...
This photo is from a truck stop eatery in France. One of my mates Daniel purchased a rugby ball whilst we were in Paris, so we were all rugby mad at one stage. The photo came about after someone threw the ball up and me being me I forgot about the hedge. As can be seen in the picture I eventually landed in the hedge, though I must admit that I did manage to keep my hands on the ball.
If Only All Churches Were Like This...
We found this painting on the wall of a Lutheren Church in Tampere, Finland. The appropriatly named piece, Garden of Death, was one among many controversial paintings painted on the walls of this church. Others included the 12 Apostles depicted as naked little boys carrying the wreath of life, and another of a giant serpant eating the apple of knowledge.
