The History of The Captain Club
It all started waaaaay back, when king danzig and blndsk4 met on the IMBB. Danzig mentions downloading music. blndsk4 says that that is illegal. Danzig calls blndsk4 a wussy. Long story short, This is what started the captain club, as blndsk4 is now captain wussy, and captain charisma (King Danzig) is the leader of the club.
In the Early days, we had a few captains and a single captain thread. One of the first members to join was Mastadon666, who became club webmaster but later betrayed the club. Even from its roots, the captain club had an enemy: The Lawnmower club, and later the Snow shovel club. Their threads can still be found. But the biggest enemy of all was ALF, the moderator. At first, our captain thread thrived, but not until it was deleted. Then another was made, which was deleted. This was a sad race to see who could post or delete faster. It was this that caused Mastadon666 to pack his bags, as well as the old website, and leave. Soon, the Captains got the point and didnt make threads for another month or so.
This was the first death of the captains. But soon after Captain Charisma decided to make another thread. This one survived for a good amount of time, but was, alas, deleted. Then history repeated itself as the Captains battled ALF once more. However, one captain- Wombo Captain Oxalis, created the Captain Club forum. This allowed the captains to post freely without the annoyance of ALF. However, after awhile, people began to retreat back to the IMBB, as the CCF was slower-paced. Then Wombo Captain Oxalis almost abandoned his admin duties. There was chaos and havoc in the CCF. This was the second death of the CC. About 2 months later, Wombo returned to many peoples reliefs... and captain charisma's wrath. The Captains were reborn once more, although Captain Charisma strangely went missing during the drought.
The last chapter in the history is the creation of the website, this very website, to have a creative outlet for captains and a combatant to the former captain piczo, which is now property of the lawn mower club. We can only hope the website will cause another rebirth in Captain history...
