Chapter 2: Kagome challenges Sesshoumaru and he learns in a flash back how she was injured.
Chapter 3: After a nearby village was attacked, Kagome teaches Shippo some more first aid and she learns how to make barriers from the village miko. Sesshoumaru learns Tadashii is getting close to his borders.
Chapter 4: Sesshoumaru thinks about the first time he saw Tadashii and Kagome is injured when a man tries to kill Shippo simply because he has demon blood. She meets Tadashii and warns him that she better not hear about him attacking children again.
Chapter 5: Sesshoumaru shows up at the village after Myouga gives him Kagome message and scares the villagers. In a flash back we learn what wish was used on the Shikon no Tama and that Kagome still has Tessaiga.
Chapter 6: Sesshoumaru receives word that the Taiyoukais are meeting. As they are heading south, they come upon a village that was slaughtered by Tadashii and his men. When Sesshoumaru learns Kagome can heal others he demands that she restore his arm so she does, but very painfully.
Chapter 7: As they are meeting with the other Taiyoukai's the castle they are at is attacked by panther demons.
Chapter 8: Sango and Miroku receive word that Kagome would like their help at the upcoming battle and head toward the west. After putting the children in a safe place, the other prepare for the upcoming battle.
Chapter 9: They fight against Tadashii and his men. Tadashii, seeing that he's losing, tries to taunt Sesshoumaru.
Chapter 10: Seeing that he's the last of his men standing, Tadashii tries to turn Sesshoumaru and Kagome against each other, and when that doesn't work tries to appeal to Kagome's inner miko. She dismisses him and walks away as Sesshoumaru kills him.
Epilogue: Sesshoumaru ends up getting Kagome to submit in the hot springs. Kagome decides to give him the sword the next day.
