Purpose:
To calculate the power generated by humans.

Materials:
- stopwatch
- stairs

Procedure:
1. Record your mass in kilograms.
2. Measure the distance the runner will run by multiplying the height of one stair and the number of stairs.
3. Run up the stairs and the recorder will record the ascent time to the nearest 0.1 second. Record the time.
4. Calculate your power used to climb up the stairs.
