“Culross Abbey was founded by Malcolm, Earl of Fife for the Cistercians in 1217.
It is likely that it was built over the earlier Pictish church
founded by St Serf (Servanus) in the 6th century.”
“The Abbey ruins are currently cared for by Historic Scotland.
Part of it still serves as the Abbey Church.”
