Survivors include one daughter and son -in -law of Cohutta,two sons and daughter-in-law, Leon and Judy Lewis and Melvin Lewis all of Cohutta, Three sisters,Eula Dycus of Cohutta,Kate Gresham of Oak Ridge,Tenn,and Beatrice Burgess of Dalton,grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services are today,March 31 1993 at two P.M from the Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Ridley officiating.Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery.

Emma was the daughter of William and Sarah Kear Starks. She was born and raised in Whitfield County, Georgia. Her husband was James E. Lewis who died in 1973.
