Those who will run into the fires of the Holy Spirit, will not lose their lives. They will gain their life. That is what the word says. If you don’t bow, you won’t burn. That is the cry from Jesus.
If you don’t bow, you won’t burn. If you do not bow before the golden image that the enemy sets up for worship in the future, the beast that is coming. In the old testament it was a type of beast, that was a golden image set up by Nebuchadnezzar. In the future, the beast will be set up again, and we will asked the same question again, as Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Will you worship the golden image, because if you don’t I will throw you in the fiery furnace, says the enemy. He will once again set up his image and the Christians will be asked to bow or die. And Jesus says if you don’t bow you won’t burn.
And that is not to say, that you won’t die or be martyred for Him; many will be. It says, if you don’t bow you won’t burn. If you don’t try to save your own life, then you will gain your life. Even if you lose it here for Me, your life is gained in eternity forever.
Look at the teaching of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. It was like a type and shadow of what was to come in the future. It is the same Nebuchadnezzar who will be building his golden image, and asking for worship. If you do not worship me, he will say in the future, you will not eat. He will control the food and bread of the world, cause the devil knows what to say first: first you are hungry.
Hmm, how about a chicken in every pot. Sound familiar?
If you do not take his mark, the electronic mark in your hand, then "you will not eat" is what he will say to us. Take the mark of the beast - 666 - in your wrist and you can eat.And he will do that when it comes time. That time is not yet. But look how the enemy is already setting fear into the hearts of men. If you stand for Jesus, you will die.
God is trying to show us here. If you don’t bow before the image of the beast, you won’t burn.
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego did not bow before the golden idol of Nebuchadnezzar the king in the old testament. They knew what the word said and believed it. They stood in faith against the enemy’s threat, and said we won’t bow. Because God said to them if you don't bow you won't burn. And they did not burn. They knew the voice of God, and they followed his words to them. They heard the voice of God speaking in their ears, if you don’t bow you won’t burn. It gave them the faith to walk into the fire, and they believed the word of God and trusted his words to be faithful.
That is what gave them the faith to walk into the fire, and know that He would not let them down. He had spoken to them, and told them those words. They believed God, and stood in the face of death, and did not bow. What a testimony to us today. If you don’t bow you won’t burn.
Much Love in Him,
