If you'd like to be involved in RABID, even though the member list is still in limbo, you can join the RABID mailing list which I've handed over to list mommy, Serena. It's a good place to vent about Riley, Kate, Xander, Parker, etc. or just talk with fellow Buffy/Angel fans.

** I've been in denial about this for a long time. But the fact of the matter is I just don't have the time, energy, or desire to maintain this site anymore.

I started RABID as a joke, because I love the idea of Buffy and Angel together, and hate the idea of Buffy and Xander together more than anything. It turned out that tons of people agreed with me, and that was really gratifying. The response was overwhelming, and wonderful. It was also too much for me to handle.

I haven't updated the member list in a VERY long time, and frankly I dread doing it because I have over 100 membership applications sitting in my mailbox. I can't keep up. So I'm closing the site down to new members.

I haven't decided yet whether to close down the site entirely, whether to eventually put up all the people that have already applied for membership, or what. But I do know that I will not take any new members in the interim, and until I figure out what I'm doing, RABID is officially in limbo.

I'm sorry if I've let anyone down. But I had no idea what I was getting into when I started this.

Thanks to everyone who's supported RABID, made me banners, linked to us, etc.
