The concert ended as quickly as it started. The whole concert was fantastic. Marcy enjoyed the view she had. She had a choice between backstage or second row/left. Her and both Mandy's hopped from one view of the concert to the other. They just loved acting goofy together. Then, they decided to stay backstage because the crowd was getting crazy.
"Marcy, what did you say to A.J.? He seems happy now…" Mandy asked Marcy.
"I just told him that he will eventually find someone who will want to spend the rest of her life with him. And that he will know when that will happen because he will feel that feeling too!" Marcy responded. Mandy sensed something about Marcy and A.J. She had a feeling that Marcy had grown feelings beyond the feelings of a fan and that A.J. had grown feelings for her, too. But, she didn't want to tell Marcy that because she knew that Marcy wouldn't believe her anyway.
"Marcy, the concert's over and the guys are having a party later. A.J. wanted me to ask you if you wanted to go and chill with all of us…" Mandy asked Marcy.
"Yeah, why not? What time does it start?" Marcy asked smiling.
"Um..actually, right now!" Mandy said grabbing Marcy's hand to show her where the party was going to be.
"Wait….Mandy…wait ! Where the hell are you taking me?" Marcy said laughing.
"TO THE PARTY, DUMBASS!" Mandy yelled through the loud music. There she saw Nick, Mandy, Mandy, Howie and his girlfriend, Kevin and his girlfriend, Brian, Leigh Anne, and A.J. She then walked over to A.J. and asked him if he wanted to dance with her. He said yes and they soon were dancing on the dance floor together. They then talked about tattoos and piercings. She said that she had a tongue piercing and that she had 4 tattoos.
"Wow! Can I see them sometime?" A.J. asked slyly."All in good time, A,J, All in good time…." Marcy said back just as slyly. He then laughed at her and they continued to dance. Then, One Last Cry came on and A.J. pulled her closer to slow dance with him. She then put her head on his shoulder and started to cry. She didn't know why, she just felt like crying. He then looked at her and asked,
"What's wrong?"
"I don't know. I just love this song. It reminds me of what you told me today." Marcy responded. He then kissed her on the cheek and told her that there was no need to cry. It was just advise that he wanted her to follow because she really does have a beautiful voice.
"A.J., I have these feelings for you that go beyond a fan. And I just thought that it would be nice for me to tell you. And, I know that you're probably thinking that I'm too young for you, but I don't think that age should matter in this situation. I mean, if it does matter to you, than that's fine. But if it doesn't, then I think that if you want to take a chance with me, I would be more than happy to take that chance with you." Marcy said looking into his eyes. The song ended and they just stood there.
"Look, Marcy…we just got out of long relationships and I think that the best thing to do would be to wait. I don't want to hurt your feelings, but I'm not ready yet. Age has nothing to do with us. I just want us to start out as friends first. Then, the relationship can get a chance to grow into something better." A.J. responded.
"Oh, okay. I totally understand. I was just letting you know how I felt and that was all. If you don't want a relationship, I can understand." Marcy said sadly. She didn't mean a word she said. She wanted to be with him right that second; she wanted to take her chance with him and be with him forever. But, she was willing to wait for him. She thought this was for the best of his wantings. The party ended and it was time for Mandy, Matthews and Marcy to all go back to Mandy's house. Just as they were about to walk out of the venue, they heard yelling and screaming. Nick and his girlfriend, Mandy, were arguing. It was over Marcy.
"What the fuck, Mand. You're getting jealous of Marcy just because I said that I think that she's pretty?" Nick yelled angrily.
"What the fuck do you expect me to think….you want her, don't you?" Mandy responded angrily.
"Mandy, what the hell? You're asking me if I want her when I have you?" Nick said sternly.
"Yes, I am asking you that. Because if you say yes, you won't be with me for too long after that." Mandy said seriously.
"What the hell….if I say that I want Marcy, you're going to dump me just so that I can have her? How the fuck do you know that she wants me?" Nick asked getting even more pissed off than he already was.
"I saw the way she was looking at you the whole night. She wants you bad, but she knows that she can't have you. She's just a little slut fan who wants to fuck you just to tell the other fans that she had you in bed" Mandy responded stupidly.Just then, Marcy jumped in and said,
"What the fuck did you call me?"
"I called you a slut fan who just wants to bone Nick just to tell other fans that you got him in bed. Did I fucking stutter when I said it?" Mandy said in a bitchy tone.
"Listen here, you fucking bitch, if I wanted to fuck Nick, I think that I would have already done it. And if you have shit to say, say it to my fucking face. If you ever call me a slut again, I will fuck you up. Understand?" Marcy said pissed off. Mandy told her to calm down and told her that she wasn't worth fighting. But, Marcy didn't care. Nick was amazed how well Marcy stuck up for herself. He then knew what to say.
"Mandy, I want Marcy. And I want to fuck her. What are you going to do about that now, huh?"
"You want her? What does she have that I don't have, Nicky?" Mandy responded sadly.
"Well, she has real tits…that's a start." Nick said seriously. Everyone started to laugh. It was pretty funny. But, Mandy didn't find that too funny at all. So, she walked up to Nick and slapped him in the face pretty hard.
"That's for being a dickhead. And I hope to never see you again, asshole!" Mandy said crying as she ran out of the area that they were in. Nick just looked down at the ground in total disappointment. He couldn't believe that he said that he wanted Marcy right in front of her and his girlfriend. He just didn't know what to do. So, he ran into his dressing room and thought. Soon after, he heard a knock on the door. It was Marcy.
"Nick, are you okay?" Marcy asked politely.
"I'm alright, can you come here for a second?" Nick said nicely. Marcy entered the room and sat down on the couch next to him.
"Okay, Marcy. As you know, I told Mandy that I want you. And the truth is that I do want you. You're the sexiest person alive. And I just want to tell you that." Nick said shyly.
"Oh, Nick. I'm very flattered. I think you're kinda sexy, too! But, why are you telling me this?" Marcy said back in a surprised tone of voice.
"Well, um…it's how I feel about you. And maybe…I was thinking…do you want to go out on a date sometime, maybe?" Nick asked.
"I'd love to. When would you like to go out?" Marcy responded.
"How about tonight? Or tomorrow?" Nick said excited "Um…tomorrow is fine with me. I'm going to be at Mandy's house all week and then I'm going home." Marcy said sweetly.
"Where are you from?" Nick asked.
"I'm from Pa. But I live 2 hours away from Mandy. So, that's why I'm staying at her house all week." Marcy responded. She then looked at her watch and saw that it was getting really late. So, Marcy told Nick that she had to go back to see Mandy and Matthews. He gave her a hug, told her good bye and walked her out to the 2 Mandy's. Nick hugged them and walked backstage to his dressing room. He started to think about what he said to Marcy. He didn't know how she would react to what he said to her. So, he decided to give Mandy a call on her cell phone.
"Mandy, let me speak to Marcy really quick..." Nick said frantically.
"Um...okay. Hold on, Nick." Mandy said handing Marcy the phone.
"Hello?" Marcy said politely.
"Marcy, it's me, Nick. Listen, I've been thinking about what I said to you today. And I want to see you tonight. Are you up for it?" Nick asked frantically.
"Nick…I don't know… I mean, it's kinda late and I'm kinda tired…"Marcy said nicely.
"Please? I need to see you…." Nick said.
"Okay…meet me at Mandy's house and we'll figure out what to do from there, okay?" Marcy said upset.
"Okay…I'll see you there." Nick said as he hung up the phone. She looked at Mandy and thought to herself,"Man, is he ever annoying!" They then pulled up into Mandy's driveway and waited for Nick to show up and take Marcy out. Marcy wasn't really looking forward to seeing him. She just wanted some sleep. But, she waited anyway.
