Come fold your little arms with me
just now my child we'll learn to pray.
We've a Heavenly Father above you see.
He'll listen to all we (you and I) have to say.

Remember now to how keep your eyes
closed tight so you won't look around
and please try to remember no sighs
or playing just now upon the ground.

When we pray aloud one says the prayer
while the others present add to the spirit
it is because we know we all care
that we kneel this way quietly to hear it.

But you're older now and understand
this is the way of life we came to from above
only for a short time to live in mortally the plan
you remember we've to return a Father's love.

So each time you pray especially for me
remember I've been away quite a while
so through your tears think of this in your plea
all have different lengths to this mortal trial.

So just now pray with me again today
listen carefully to the words as they are said
"Dear Heavenly Father, thank you we've come to say,
for the fullness of the earth, and the scripture read.

Help us each now remember thy will as we bow
our heads in remembrance of thee and thy Son.
Let us always think of the beauty of life thou allow;
in Jesus's name from whose victory, life was won.
