Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 8-10 Dozen Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs beaten
3 cups unsifted self-rising flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
1) Cream butter with sugar, using your hands
2) Stir in peanut butter, cream with hands
3) Add vanilla and beaten eggs
4) Add flour, salt, and soda all at once, stir with a spoon,
5) Form in tiny balls (marble size)
Place on ungreased cookie sheet
6) Press with prongs of for to make a criss cross
7) Bake in 325 deg. oven for 8 minutes

6 medium sized potatoes, unpeeled and sliced thinly
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cups milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
Place potatoes in baking dish.
Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Add
flour; stir until smooth. Add milk and soup gradually.
Stir constantly until thick.
Remove from heat and pour over potatoes.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1
hour.

1 stick oleo
I cup plain flour
Pinch salt
1 Large can sliced peaches with juice
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup milk
Preparation
1. Melt Oleo in a 9x13 pan
2. Mix remaining ingredients except peaches
3. Pour over melted oleo
4. Pour peaches (juice & all)over mixture
5. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour or unti brown
