OKAY: I don't want you think i'm a teenie or whatever. This section has for goal just to laugh about medias or jealous people who start rumors coz they can be so stupid sometimes! We got to dedramatize that situation to proove that we just don't care about it. Dan, Chris and Ben are people like everybody and we should not care about their private life. I just don't want to annoy them! I hope they can laugh about it too cause rumors are just funny! SO JUST KEEP IN MIND THAT I DON'T BELIEVE IN ANYTHING HERE OR I JUST DON'T CARE ABOUT IT OR IF IT'S REAL I'M VERY HAPPY FOR DAN, CHRIS AND BEN IF THEYRE HAPPY WITH IT TOO!

Here is an article i found on my many mailing list about a silverchair split. It comes from Sonic-net news:
(Sydney, Australia) Daniel Johns, now former lead singer of grunge trio
Silverchair, has reportedly called it quits with his former bandmates this
week
after differences in the direction of the music. Johns, whos been dating
pop-singer Natalie Imrugulia, in true Lennon-Yoko Ono fashion, apparently
wanted to give Natalie a shot at vocals and song writing for Silverchair.
Unhappy with the rest of the bands response, Johns has decided to pursue
other
projects.
In a recent interview Johns stated, "The rest of the band turned their back
on
Silverchair. We are about proggressing and they didn't take to it well.
They
weren't too fond of Natalie's involvement with the band and the song
writing. I
just wish I can say we ended off on good terms."
Johns who will battle for the Silverchair name, has shown interest in doing
a
duet album with girlfriend, Natalie Imbrugulia. "It will be a romantic
album,
no doubt. Silverchair fans will take to it well. It will be sort of in the
vain
of All 4 One and Cinderella/Whitesnake ballads."
The two remaining members of Silverchair have already found a new singer
who
will head to the studio with them this coming June. "After trying out many
talented vocalists like Tom Cochrane, Vanilli, Cannibal Corpse singer Dez
Sharone, Simon Lebon, Lita Ford, and Huey Lewis, we decided that Kevin
DuBrow
of Quiet Riot would be the best man for the job." said drummer, Ben
Gillies.
"We've looked up to him and his band for years. I myself used to be a
closet
Quiet Riot fan until their stunning comeback. Me and Chris used to dance
around
my basement all the time wearing leather clothes and big hairy wigs rockin'
to
the beats of "Cmon Feel the Noise". His music will fit in perfectly into
our
band as it is obvious we are heavily influenced by Quiet Riot."
DuBrow, who is coming off the highly successful and critically acclaimed
"Quiet
Riot - Riot on America Arena World Tour 2000" with Powerman 5000 and
StainD,
will put Quiet Riot on the side for now until fulfilling his Silverchair
duties. When asked if he can fill the shoes of a young teen pretty boy
rocker,
DuBrow commented, "I dont think we'll have a problem with that right girls?
...girls..?"
Will this be a good move for Silverchair? Music insider Jonathon Taylor
Thomas
stated, "The switch may at first devistate many Silverchair fans and Daniel
loyalists. But I expect that they will most likely take well to Kevin
DuBrow's
vocals and image very soon. I expect many more teenage girls to take notice
of
the band upon the arrival of Kevin DuBrow."
