Usagi, Ami, and Rei go to the ocean. They were supposed to training, but they want to use it for fun. Before, Rei has made reservation at the seaside house. They walked for a long time through the forest, and Usagi started to get mad because Rei didn't confirm the directions before. Then it started to rain and they hear thunder. When Usagi started running because she is afraid of it, they meet a little girl who take them to her mansion. Luckily, it is the " Pension Adams " where Rei has made the reservation before.

Three scary people greet them. They looked like a Franskenstein, Werewolf and a scary woman. The girls name is Sakiko, and her father is a tall and mean person. He ask Sakiko not to play with the girls.

During dinner, Usagi is very scare. She ask Rei why she made a reservation in this place. Rei then tell her that this place is cheap. Then after Ami said that the food is delicious, a spirit appear, the three helper become scare and tell that it is the spirit of the house. Rei feel something from it, but doesn't think that it is a youma.

The next day, they go to the beach. Ami has brought her book, but Usagi ask her to play and have fun. Then they play together.

At that night,  they become scare again. Rei put her anti-ghost sign everywhere so they can eat in peace. Ami see Sakiko outside in the cliff. She go talk to her and ask if she was lonely. When they talk for a moment, Sakiko's father come and ask Ami to leave if she doesn't want to be scared again. Then he drag Sakiko back to the house.

In the house Sakiko's father is using hypnosis to draw out Sakiko's power. He want to use it for revenge and show the world that they have power. Meanwhile Usagi was very scared looking for her friends.  Then she see the three helper make a ritual ceremony, Rei come and tell her that they're only an ordinary people. Then Ami went to the room where Sakiko's father was trying to draw out Sakiko's power. A spirit come and attack Ami and Sakiko's father, and send him flying outside. Rei and Usagi see that too. They transform. Sailormercury try to make Sakiko wake up, and Sailormoon try to fight the spirit althought it is too strong. Sakiko wake up and go to her father who now realize that the spirit is uncontrollable and tell Sakiko to escape. But she stay, and when the spirit try to attack again, she turn around and blast it away.

The next day, Sakiko and the girls is playing together, meanwhile her father is watching her. The three helpers ask him about the spirit, then he say that there won't be spirits anymore.
