Ail and Ann are going to get the fresh energy from babies. Ann choose the appropriate card for the cardian, and Ail play the flute.

On their way to home, Ami and Usagi come to a nursery school. Just then a mother has come to pick up her baby Manami-chan. Then a cardian appear and suck the energy away from the babies and the teachers. It didn't attack Ami and Usagi. Then it is disappeared. Mamoru then come and say that they should call an ambulance.

Ail and Ann are happy because it worked, and Ann wanted more energy. Ail warn her about the senshi.

In the hospital, they found out that until Manami's mother recovered, no one will take care of Manami then. Mamoru and Usagi offer to take care of the baby, and Usagi ask Ami if she will too. But she say that she doesn't want to get in the way of Mamoru and Usagi.

In Mamoru's apartment, they play with Manami. When Manami stop crying, Mamoru say that Usagi can go home now. Usagi is upset. Then Manami start crying again. Mamoru think that Manami is hungry and take the baby bottle and powdered milk from a bag. Usagi go to the kitchen to make it. After she try to give it to Manami, but she still cry. Then Usagi change Manami's diaper. Manami start crying again, this time he want the milk.

After Manami finished, Usagi try to make the baby walk. But when Mamoru said that Manami is too little, Usagi got upset and left. She wonder if Mamoru and her are a good match.

Luna wake up on Sunday and surprised because Usagi was already gone. Meanwhile Usagi and Mamoru go shopping for baby supplies. Natsumi shocked when she spot them and think it is Usagi and Mamoru's baby.

Then Minako and Makoto come up to Usagi and tease her. Usagi's face get red. Ami come and after that she whisper to Usagi that they will find more about the cardian in Rei's shrine. At the shrine, Rei feel an evil present from a tarot card.

Later, Natsumi find out the truth about the baby, so she decide to help Mamoru. But Manami doesn't like her and pissing on her. Natsumi give up and run away. Usagi come and get sad when she see Natsumi. She argue with Mamoru, but then they celebrate when they see Manami walk toward the box of tissues. Ami come and whisper to Usagi that Rei had felt a cardian appear.

The cardian appear in another nursery school. Sailormars, Sailorvenus and Sailorjupiter appear. But the cardian created a large bubbles and catch the baby in there. The senshi can't attack because the babies are in the way. Then the cardian blast the senshi. Usagi and Ami come and transform. The cardian attack and catch them. A white rose come flying by to free the senshi. It is Tsukikage no knight.

Sailormercury get angry and attack with her new attack Shabon Spray Freezing. Sailormoon ask her when did she get the new technique. Sailormercury explain that she is angry when someone disturb cute babies. Sailormoon use Moon Healing Escalation to blast the cardian.

The next day Manami's mother left the hospital. Usagi and Mamoru are sad to part with Manami. As the baby is leaving, he said his first words and said bye-bye to Usagi and Mamoru.
