One day after school, Chibiusa is walking home. She see an ice cream store and want to go there. But she change her mind, thinking it is childish. Ami come and ask Chibiusa to go eat ice cream with her, but she try to pretend that Ami is forcing her to eat the ice cream.

In Rei's shrine, they're talking about Ami going to study in Germany. Usagi is shocked to hear that. She doesn't want to part with Ami. She also say that Ami is their important partner. But the others say that they shouldn't be selfish. Then they decide to make a party for Ami.

After eating ice cream, Ami go to cram school. Chibiusa think that Ami is a very kind girl, so she must have the ginzuishou instead of Usagi. Luna and Artemis give new sticks and communicator to the girls. Usagi mention about Ami's. Meanwhile Rubeus has found another crystal point and call Beruche.

At night Chibiusa wait at Ami's cram school. She has a favor to Ami. She say that she want to study at Ami's place, because she couldn't study at Usagi's house. Ami say that she will help Chibiusa. At 10 PM, Chibiusa is surprised when Ami say that they can study for another hour. Ami doesn't give any opening for Chibiusa to try searching for the ginzuishou. Then Ami ask Chibiusa where does she come from, because she doesn't looks like Usagi's cousin. She say Chibiusa can visit her place anytime, since she has to go somewhere soon. Then Ami say to herself it's hard to leave Usagi and the others.

That night, Usagi dream that Ami is going away, Mamoru is also going away. Meanwhile Beruche and a youma appear at the ice cream shop. The youma blow some cold wind at the store.

The next day Usagi meet Ami and Chibiusa and ask Ami if it hard to take care of Chibiusa. Ami say that it wasn't. Ami ask to Chibiusa to come whenever she want to. Chibiusa think that she will until she get the ginzuishou. Then Usagi tell Ami that they will make a party for her. But Ami say that she still isn't sure, may be she shouldn't go. Usagi say that she should go and study to become a great doctor. Usagi also say that they are all counting on her.

Later Usagi meet the others and say that Ami doesn't want a farewell party and also doesn't want anyone to see her off in the airport because she doesn't want to say goodbye. Rei understand Ami's feelings, but Makoto say that she want to see her off, so Minako suggest that they go directly to airport. They all agree.

Meanwhile Beruche plan is working, people begin to argue when they eat the ice cream. Artemis is investigating the back room. The youma spot him and freeze him.

Meanwhile in Rei's shrine, Rei try to find Artemis but she can't feel anything. Then Usagi suggest they ask Ami to use her computer. They stare at Usagi. Usagi say they must do it by themselves now.

Ami is packing her stuff. Chibiusa is there and say that the time has come to say goodbye. Minako is looking at the ice cream store, Luna come and say that it almost the time to go see Ami off.

After the ice cream store closed, Beruche say that she will take care people in the back with the youma, but the youma girl say that she will do it. So Beruche disappear. When she go to the back room, she notice someone is there. Minako appear and ask what is the youma going to do with all frozen people. The youma blow a cold air. Minako jump out of the way, but it hit Luna. Meanwhile the girls is waiting for Minako, she still doesn't come after eight bus have left. Then Rei get call from Minako. They are going to go right away, but Usagi ask about the gift for Ami. Chibiusa come and say that she will take it to Ami for them. Mamoru then come and offer to take Chibiusa to the airport.

When the youma is looking for Minako, the senshi appear. The youma attack them with cold air. They can do nothing unless hiding because it is too cold for them.

In the airport Mamoru and Chibiusa meet Ami. Chibiusa use her Luna-P magic and create a present for Ami. Then Mamoru give the girls gift to Ami. Chibiusa say that they friendship is just like this because the others don't even come to see Ami off. But Ami say that it is because she ask them not to come. Then Chibiusa say that everyone is only thinking about themselves. Then Ami open the gift and see her new transformation pen and communicator. Ami realize that something must have come up and they must be fighting. Ami ask Mamoru and Mamoru nod. Ami say to Chibiusa that Chibiusa is right, she is only thinking about herself. Then Ami ask Mamoru to drive her back. Meanwhile the senshi are just hiding and protect theirselves from the youma's cold wind.

Ami is running to the ice cream store and holding a new transformation pen. She say to herself that she know what she has to say, because she is one of the senshi, Sailormercury. Then she transform. When the youma is attacking the senshi, Sailormercury arrive and use her new attack, Shine Aqua Illusion to blast the youma. Then Sailormoon use her Moon Princess Halation to finish the youma.

When everyone come to Sailormercury, she say that she want to stay with everyone. Later when Usagi ask Ami if she doesn't regret it, Ami say that she can study anywhere.
