Queen Beryl and Jadeite is talking about the second senshi. Jadeite get a new plan to make people hurry and panic.

Usagi and Ami go to Harajuku. This is Ami's first time to go there. When they go to a book store,  Ami is surprised because Usagi is reading manga and Usagi too because all in Ami's book is words.

Then they see a new clock store. Usagi see an alarm clock, and want to buy it because it looked like Luna but disappointed because she doesn't have enough money. Later when she got home she discovered that her mother bought her the clock that looked like Luna. She is very happy. At night Luna spotted something strange in the clock because of it's strange light.

In the morning Ami is surprised because Usagi had left already. Also in 7.30 many students running to the school. They were worried as there was only one hour before the class started.

All people in school and town are in hurry. Ami is wondering what going on. Then Luna show her the clock, telling that there is something strange about it. She asked Ami to investigate it, then she give Ami a mini computer. When they found out that the clock is empty, Luna realize that the clock is the source of all panic.

Meanwhile, Usagi is on a bus and people are complaining in the bus. Ami and Luna is looking for Usagi. Then they heard a loud crash. The bus has crashed into an electric pole. Ami spotted Usagi and ask her to go to the clock store. 

Usagi refused Ami's offer to go from back door. She then transform and throw her tiara to make a hole in the front door. Luna try to follow them but suddenly the hole is closed. Then they meet the youma and fight it. When they're helpless, Tuxedo Kamen appear and throw a rose at the clock. Sailormercury use her Shabon Spray to confuse the enemy. After that Sailormoon use her Moon tiara action to finish the youma.

After the youma die, everything come back to normal. Luna is very happy to see the two girls.
