Although all senshi (scout in NA version) are nice to each others, but still these people gave more attention to Ami. They also affect Ami in some good way. Who are they ? Read my explanation below.

1. Tsukino Usagi
Of course as the leader, she is nice to everyone. But, in Sailormoon when the senshi first got their power, we can see that Ami and Usagi are good friends. They respect each other, since they never got involved in conflict. She is also the one who first taught Ami about the meaning of friends, and about having fun. In Sailormoon S episode 97, when Ami was depressed after Usagi said something, Usagi is the only one who notice Ami's tears when she leave. Ami is disappointed, even Usagi (her best friend) said only studying about her (although it just a misunderstanding). Usagi was running around looking for Ami. She realize that she must said something wrong, and feel bad about it. And in this episode too, after the diamon get Ami's heart crystal, she cried and said " Give it back! Ami is nicer than anyone. She's smarter than anyone. She's going to be the best doctor in the world, and she's my very, very important friend !! ".

2. Kino Makoto
Makoto is the one who encourage Ami to show her true feelings to Ryo Urawa (Greg in NA version). In Sailormoon R episode 80, when people at school accuse Ami of cheating, Makoto (with Naru and Usagi) defend her, because they know it is impossible that Ami is cheating. Even she was prepared to fight them, but she stopped because Ami ask her not to do it. In Sailormoon R episode 71 (one of the important episode about Ami), she and Usagi also accompany Ami to meet the owner of Chess Tower and defend Ami by saying to Beruche that winning a game is not that important.

3. Chiba Mamoru
Yes, he is also one of the important people that affect Ami's life. Ami really admire him because she want to be like him. Mamoru encourage Ami to believe in herself when she was depressed. After hearing Mamoru, Ami felt a little better. In Sailormoon R episode 62, Mamoru accompany Chibiusa to the airport to give the girls' gift to Ami. Have you notice that Mamoru is more often talk to her compared to others girl ? (Instead of Usagi and Chibiusa, of course).

4. Urawa Ryo
Hmm, this one is only appears in two episodes. But still he affect Ami's life. They both have similar problems, always running away and never honest to theirself. Actually they're not just friend since they like each other, but they're too afraid to be honest with their feelings, so.....you know what I mean. This is the first time Ami really like someone in the series (although she didn't admit it at first). After the event in the amusement park, they must separate because Ryo must go to another place.

Note : I don't mean that the others aren't important. They're all important, but people that are listed here, are the most important.
