Individual Chapter House Ingredient 1 1/2 ounces 6 Bottles dark rum, 3/4 ounce 3 Bottles Jamaican rum 3/4 ounce 3 Bottles light rum 3/4 ounce 3 Bottles pineapple juice 3/4 ounce 3 Bottles papaya juice 1 ounce 4 Bottles lime juice 1/2 ounce 2 Bottles 151-proof Demerara rum carefully floated on top Dust with powdered sugar Garnish with one green cherry, a cube of pineapple and one red cherry and a mint sprig. 6 ounces 24 Bottles 24 fifths for 120 people is 5.1 ounces each!
