About this
site
This site was created in April
1999. Well, I lie this site was designed in April 1999. I
wrote it in March. The reason for the re-design
was that there were whisperings of this site looking very
much like another one. I admit it, they were similar!
But now I feel I have created
something totally original with the new GunnerNet.
I hope you enjoy the new design which (unlike GunnerNet
the first) does not support frames. I have tried to make
it all browser freindly, while at the same time keeping
it's easy-to-navigate style.
Much data on the pages of GunnerNet is from my
prievious web site "Josh's Arsenal pages", and
I have also added much more to this new site. Those of
you who have visited my prievious page, which incidently
was the first page I designed, will notice a very
different lay-out along with many new links. I hope this
new structure proves easier to use as well as being
better to look at!
The site's aim is to promote the club and give web-using
supporters information, be it news or history or anything
else, when ever they want it. There is so much on here
for Arsenal fans which I hope you can enjoy. The quiz might be
a bit of fun for some of you. Or why not submit you
All-time Arsenal dream team for
inclusion on this site.
I have tried to make this site compatable with all
browsers but the use of Java scripting and frames may
mean some will not be able to experience the site fully,
for this I apologise. If your web browser does not
support frames then you can use the drop down menu to
navigate the site.
The pages will be updated usually on a daily basis where
news is concerned but if nothing highly important is
happening an update might not happen on that particular
day. Other areas of the page will also be regularly
updated.
The articles will either be written by myself or one of a
number of other fanatical Arsenal fans I know.
I would really appreciate any suggestive Emails. If you
think I've left anything important out or have any ideas
for improvements please Email
me. I really do want to
hear your ideas, after all you are the people visiting
the page. So please try and come up with something and if
I like it I'll include it. This page will be ever
expanding with a bit of help from you. I can take some
constructive critasism aswell!
Finally, I hope you enjoy looking through the pages of GunnerNet
and keep on visiting for new updates, and the latest news
stories.
