NON-SEA City has two triremes as supported units. How is it possible ?

Additional information :

You can just explain this situation. Though I prefer you send me sav-file in which your non-sea city supports at least one trireme. Come on!

I've planned two winners but I have ONE - he sent the first answer at all and with Sav-file : Matjaz Malesic
	The answer is indeed very easy... All you have to do is to bribe the opponent trireme with your diplomat (or spy) when it occurs near this city. Two triremes in this city means two bribes.

The following civers sent the right answers too. A little later than the first one...
