Item # 3 : Running Two Civilizations SIMULTANEOUSLY.

I don't know whether somebody need for the following thing so I give you sample only.
Task :
Run two copies of the same Civilization II version (Multiplayer for example) SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Sample :
If you have Civilization running and then click on Civ icon to run the second copy of this program Windows returns you to the first copy.
