Though not normally thought of as the most exciting reads, all of these books are exciting and should be looked at.  However, they will be slow in coming, because unfortunately, they take a while to read (usually).  This category includes: memoirs, current events, historical events and anything considered to be non-fiction.  Good luck in your search for the perfect afternoon read.
