19/10/05 - Sadly, Maggie was knocked out of Zurich by Patty Schnyder 6-3 6-4 and with that defeat her career has come to an end :( thanks for all the memories Maggie, we'll miss you.
17/10/05 - Maggie has beaten Anne Chakvetadze of Russia 6-1 6-1 to progress to round two of the Zurich Open. She will now face either home favourite Patty Schnyder or Gisela Dulko.
12/10/05 - Maggie made a great start, but in the end was defeated by defending champion Anastasia Myskina in Moscow. Maggie took the opening set, but in the end Myskina won the match 2-6 6-3 6-4. Maggie will now turn her attention to Zurich.
11/10/05 - Maggie received a tough draw for the Kremlin Cup in Moscow, she will play home favourite Anastasia Myskina in the first round. Good luck Maggie!
26/09/05 - Maggie has lost 7-5 2-6 6-4 to Anna Chakvedatze of Russia in Luxembourg. Maggie has announced she will compete in Moscow and Zurich. Good luck Maggie!
02/09/05 - Maggie was beaten 6-2 6-1 by her doubles partner Elena Likhovtseva. This almost certainly brings Maggie's grand slam career to a close. Thanks for the memories Maggie.
31/08/05 - Maggie is through to round two of the US Open with a 6-1 6-3 victory over Emanuelle Gagliardi. She will next face a next against her doubles partner, Elena Likhovtseva.
26/06/05 - Maggie was beaten 4-6 6-1 6-2 by Svetlana Kuznetsova. Despite the loss, Maggie is making good progress towards the US Open.
24/06/05 - Maggie has beaten Antonella Serra-Zanetti 6-3 6-2 and will now face US Open champion Svetlana Kuznetsova for a place in the quarter finals.
22/06/05 - Maggie has beaten Maria Kirilenko in straight sets, 6-2 6-3 and will now face Antonella Serra-Zanetti of Italy for a place in the last 16.
20/06/05 - Maggie beat 27th seed Shinobu Asagoe of Japan in straight sets, 6-2 7-6. Maria Kirilenko awaits Maggie in round two.
14/06/05 - After pulling out of Birmingham through injury, Maggie's first grass court match this season ended in defeat. Maggie lost 6-7 6-1 6-2 to Anne chakvetadze of Russia in the first round. Let's hope Maggie will receive a favourable draw at Wimbledon.
26/05/05 - Maggies final French Open is over. Maggie lost in straight sets 6-3 6-4 to spaniard Anabel Medina-Garriges in the second round of the second grand slam of the year, Roland Garros in Paris. Medina-Garriges was in the form of her life, having won the Strasbourg tournament the previous week. Maggies next appearence will be on grass in Birmingham, the week after Roland Garros.
24/05/05 - Maggie has won her opening match at the second grand slam of the year, the French Open, with a straight sets 6-4 6-2 victory against Rika Fujiwara. Maggie will next face Anna Medina-Garriges of Spain.
