Massive Eating Calorie Counter

These calculations were taken from John Berardi's article on Massive Eating, found here. For daily activity levels, I took the high end of the spectrum. I modified Berardi's calculations a little, so that activities are totaled over the week, and I add 500 to the total average you need on any given day. The total caloric intake calculated is what you need to GAIN weight.
