Though magical and amazing, Mistoffelees is still not always considered to be a full-grown
cat. In fact, it is through Rum Tum Tugger's keen convincing that he is allowed to retrieve
Deuteronomy with his conjuring. He is small and shy, allowing him to get away with practically
anything (not like he would use that to his advantage). Many claim that he has in interest
in Victoria, but he did pick Cassandra as his assistant ;)
