THE CHRISTMAS SEARCH FOR POKEMON

(For frustrated parents everywhere!)

ALL RIGHT!! THAT'S IT!!!
I've had ENOUGH!
I'm tired of searching
For Pokemon stuff!

Every year it seems,
There's one toy that's hot...
One more thing to find,
That no store has got.

I see an ad,
Friends give me a call,
"Guess what?? Better hurry,
They've been spotted at the mall!"

I jump in my car
and drive with all haste,
For once they've been seen,
There's no time to waste!

The parking lot is full,
as I circle around,
Looking for a space,
Trying my best not to frown.

I get to the store
And what do I see??
The last deck of cards
And they're leaving without me!

So don't despair,
Don't feel down in the dumps.
Remember my saga,
And keep your chin up.

Life was much easier,
When we grew up...
And our two front teeth for Christmas,
Were present enough.
