The Dutch Masters Vol.2

HARDCORE CHEDDAR The Dutch Masters Vol.2

Oh dear, the name change tells the story well. Yep, no more terror, Rumour opted for the happy approach. Surprisingly, the classic Psychopath tune kick starts the CD on a good note with it's bangin drums and rough guitar riffs. Technoheads cheese anthem is up next, still retaining quite a hard feel though, as Ruffnecks classic Jiiieeehaaa fills the number three spot. Tracks four and five, despite the slight cheesy tendencies are classics also. It's not till track seven that things go wrong, and from there on in it gets much worse. With the ultimate cheese of Sonicdrivers Died in Your Arms Tonight and Paul Elstaks betrayal to the core with the abomination they call Love you More.

You can't expect much from a CD with Cheddar written on the front, but the first few tunes aren't so bad, things can't look good for vol. 3 however.

Overall Score: 3/10
